8.5 UNIT BET = 3 Leg Multi @ $3.09 - Storm to win v Eels @$1.22 into Roosters to beat Raiders @$1.45 into Tigers to beat Dragons @ $1.75

I think we have found a couple of morals here, albeit at short prices in the Storm and the Roosters. There is no chance the Storm will drop a third game in a row, even though the Eels are playing better of late. Melbourne have too much to play for, whilst the Roosters should put a big score on the Raiders. The Raiders are looking very flimsy defensively and, with nothing to play for on a fast track, I see the Roosters’ backline running riot. I really like the Tigers this week. It will be a sell-out at Leichhardt, and they have named perhaps their strongest side all year. They beat the Dragons six weeks ago at Kogarah and, since then, the Dragons have got worse and the Tigers spine is starting to form some good combinations. And no Widdop or Vaughn for Saints.

8.5 UNIT BET = 2 Leg Multi @ $2.57 - Sweet Spot Sharks +2.5 and Cowboys +18.5 @ @$1.75 into Bulldogs v Warriors Over 37.5 Points @ $1.47

The Sharks are masters at winning close games and, back at home on a Saturday night, should be very hard to beat. Opting for the Sweet Spot here, as the Cowboys have been playing well the past couple of weeks and, if they do lose, I'm expecting to be by 18 or less. If the Cowboys win it’s likely to be by 1-12 points so we have a decent spread for the result here. The Bulldogs host the Warriors and, with an afternoon game with the home side having little to play for, I'm expecting them to throw the ball around. The Warriors have plenty of points in them, so this should be a high scoring game.

3 UNIT BET = 2 Leg Multi @ $10.85 - Broncos 1-12 v Souths @$3.50 into Sea Eagles 1-12 v Titans @ $3.10

The Broncos have usually fared well against some of the bigger sides this year, having beaten Souths previously and knocked over the likes of Penrith and Cronulla. Souths have a real makeshift backline here and, with the Broncos having to fight desperately to cling on to their finals spot, they represent some value here at 1-12. The Sea Eagles and Titans are both sides that are hard to predict, so expecting a close game with Manly more likely to win a close game being back at home and going for two victories in a row.
