Los Angeles Rams (0-0) @ San Francisco 49ers (0-0) - Levi Stadium
The 49ers and Rams will be looking to rebound from their collective funk in 2015 when they clash at Levi Stadium on Monday Night Football. The Rams return to Southern California to become the Los Angeles Rams again after a 21 year stay in St Louis. The Rams would have loved to have started the season with a home game, however this game will be in the Bay Area due to a fixture clash with College Football in LA. The 49ers have a new coach in Chip Kelly and plenty to prove after coming in last place in the NFC West in 2015. The Rams have made a controversial move in starting veteran journeyman quarterback Case Keenum ahead of Number 1 Draft Kick Jared Goff, while the 49ers opted for Blaine Gabbert ahead of Colin Kaepernick.
Verdict - Rams 16 49ers 13
This game should be a defensive struggle. Both quarterbacks have huge question marks over them in terms of quality and production in the NFL. I think the team that turns over the ball less will win this game. I see both teams trading field goals for most of this game.
